WORK FULL TIME - 3 1/2 DAYS PER WEEK AND HAVE 3 1/2 DAYS OFF EACH WEEK!

4 different shifts of three days of 12 hours (and 6 hrs. on Wednesdays) available:

Shift 1: Sunday - Tuesday: 6am-6pm | Wednesday: 6am-12pm

Shift 2: Wednesday: 12pm - 6pm |Thursday - Saturday: 6am-6pm

Shift 3: Sunday - Tuesday: 6pm - 6am | Wednesday: 6pm-12am

Shift 4: Wednesday: 12am - 6am |Thursday - Saturday: 6pm-6am

PAYRATE: $19 per hour

Key Responsibilities: ? Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. ? Perform housekeeping duties, including laundry, vacuuming, dusting, and tidying common areas and bedrooms. ? Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary needs and guidelines. ? Supervise and support residents in completing homework/studies and developing life skills. ? Report up-to-date records of residents? physical, behavioral, and emotional well-being, activities, progress, and incidents in the daily records. ? Supervise and/or administer medications in accordance with policies and procedures governing medication administration. ? Engage in activities that promote independence and self-sufficiency, provide encouragement, guidance, and mentorship to residents. ? Drive residents to and from medical, dental, therapy, and other necessary appointments; ensure safe transportation by following all traffic laws and agency protocols. ? Provides crisis intervention strategies as prescribed in the policies and procedures for treatment/support, as necessary. ? Communicate effectively with supervisors, medical professionals, and other staff. ? Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required. ? Conducts fire drills at least monthly according to regulations and agency policies and procedures. ? Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team operations.

Qualifications: ? High School Diploma Required ? Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred but not required. ? Experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, or behavioral health settings preferred. ? Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver?s license with a clean driving record. ? Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. ? CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). ? Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
