Our private practice is located just north of Old Town Scottsdale. We are committed to creating a positive, supportive atmosphere; we have a highly motivated team that goes all-in to help each other succeed. Our team strives to make patients feel at home in our office. While we have a strong team, we are looking to add a leader who takes initiative, can remain focused on priorities and ultimately be committed to our vision.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an exceptional patient experience
  • Quickly respond and problem solve to most pressing practice needs
  • Create and execute Systems/SOP's, working closely with the dentist to align efforts with practice growth.
  • Strategic planning for personal and practice advancement
  • Review daily operations to maximize efficiencies
  • Ensure the team stays on schedule, finding opportunities to optimize when possible
  • Manage staff by meeting frequently with them on an individual basis, assessing how they are doing, identifying any needs for support or training, and following up as needed
  • Encourage staff to reach their goals for development
  • Recruiting team members who best align with organizations Core Values/Culture

Experience:

  • 5 years management/leadership experience
  • Dental Experience preferred but not required
