As a Customer Success Manager for the Google Marketing Platform, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients achieve their advertising goals through effective use of our products. Your expertise in online media, combined with your strong communication and analytical skills, will be essential in shaping how both new and existing businesses grow. You will leverage your relationship-building skills to provide exceptional client service, conduct thorough research, and perform market analysis. By understanding the unique needs of Google's key clients, you will be able to anticipate their decisions and uncover their business requirements, ultimately guiding them on how to utilize our diverse range of product offerings to enhance their business growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Large Customer Sales teams, which partner with some of the world's largest advertisers and agencies. You will have a unique vantage point on the significant transformation occurring in the advertising landscape as it shifts towards mobile and online platforms. This position allows you to influence how companies grow their businesses in the digital age by advising them on Google's extensive suite of products, including search, video, and mobile solutions. Your ability to set the vision and strategy for how clients can effectively reach their target audiences will be crucial to their success. You will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, coordinating internal resources across various functional areas to meet customer needs. This includes creating learning agendas for client onboarding and ongoing enablement, leading scaled training sessions, and working closely with Account Executives to drive business or platform feature adoption. Additionally, you will ensure that clients are prepared for Third-Party Cookie Deprecation and maintain a strong knowledge of Google Marketing Platform product capabilities, particularly focusing on DV360 and CM360, and how they integrate with Google Cloud. Your role will also involve maintaining relationships with agency clients, serving as a liaison to address their inquiries, resolve technical challenges, and understand their needs to enable their success with our tools.
Responsibilities
? Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and coordinate internal resources across many functional areas to meet customer needs.

? Create learning agendas for client onboarding and ongoing enablement.

? Lead scaled training, work on product sessions, and account-specific activation sessions in partnership with Account Executives to drive business or platform/feature adoption and error mitigation.

? Drive features adoption to ensure Third-Party Cookie Deprecation readiness and platform stickiness.

? Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Google Marketing Platform product capabilities (with a focus on DV360 and CM360), how they integrate with one another and work with Google Cloud.

? Maintain relationships with agency clients, serve as a liaison, answer agency inbound questions, platforms usage and features and resolve technical roadblocks, and understand their challenges and needs in order to enable their success with our tools.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
,
? 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
Nice-to-haves
? 4 years of experience in marketing with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and third-party measurement and App platforms.

? Experience in video, display, app, and social advertising solutions.

? Experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing, or product/project management.
