The Opportunity:

The CSR should be an energetic professional who does not mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Will be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

The Role of Doodlebuggers Customer Service Rep:

We are seeking an individual with a fighting warrior spirit who is willing to work hard and will do whatever it takes to make a client happy. The scope of work includes answering phones, responding to emails and texts, doing 12 month reminder calls. You would also take on other administrivia task and needed.

Hours:
? 40 hours per week, Monday ? Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday w/ 1 weekday off, start and end time flexible

Job Description:

Doodlebuggers is looking for a CSR who will answer phones, respond to voicemail, reply to emails and text message, and provide client services to take care of all the client?s needs. Will coordinate with teammates to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety, ensuring administrative procedures are followed. Will help with all aspects of customer service including answering phones, sales on showroom floor, and task completion. Other duties will be assigned as required.

Job Duties:
? Client Services:
? Answering telephones & following the company script
? Thorough understanding of Doodlebuggers services provided as well as basic knowledge of chimneys, fireplaces, dryer vents, fire feature and grill products provided.
? Ensure all relevant and pertinent information is collected, verified, and documented and forward to the Scheduler for date assignment and scheduling.
? Responsible for all contact requests, website user requests, work orders and customer emails that come into the office email box, voicemails and text messages.
? Ensure client service sales, complaints, and issues are addressed via text, phone, email, or in person are handled or forwarded to appropriate employee.
? If first one in the office on any given day will check all Voice Mails before starting daily tasks to ensure there are no issues to immediately address.
? Help showroom guests and salespeople as needed.
? Administrative:
? Understand and comply to the Doodlebuggers Operations Manual (DOM).
? Data entry into customer information and created jobs in Service Fusion per DOM
? Forward customer call sheet to the scheduler after completing.
? Ensure that a credit card is on file for all bill from office appointments.
? Call customers that have not confirmed their appointments via text daily.
? Text the technicians to let them know their schedule has been confirmed at the end of each day and verify Techs received.
? Make 12-month service reminder and quote follow-up calls.
? When working Saturdays will let all customers know that the scheduler will reach out to them on Monday morning with confirmed appointment date.
? Allocate available resources day-to-day to ensure successful task performance.
? Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
? Always follow policies & procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Skill Requirements for Position:
? 3-5 years? verifiable client service experience with Proven Critical Thinking aptitude.
? Excellent verbal & written communication skills
? Excellent active listening skills
? Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
? Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality
? Ability to anticipate/determine customer?s needs
? Organization is an absolute must
? Ability to Multi-task
