Innova Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, contract-to-hire position located in Lake Mary, FL. This role is hybrid, requiring employees to work onsite three days a week and allowing two days of remote work. The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to manage moderate to complex external client issues, ensuring that these issues are resolved in a timely manner. The representative will directly advise other organizational units and teams to facilitate the delivery of services or resolution of issues. This includes meeting with various teams to ensure that problems are being addressed appropriately and that resolutions are achieved promptly. Additionally, the representative will provide support to lower-level client processing roles and may be responsible for allocating and checking the work of other team members. The position is temporary, lasting up to 12 months, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. While a college degree is not required, candidates must possess a high school diploma. Prior experience in a call center or financial services environment is highly preferred.
