About the position

The Community Specialist at lululemon is responsible for executing the store's community strategy, which involves engaging with the local community through relationship building, events, and supporting lululemon product seeding. This role focuses on developing and maintaining key relationships with lululemon Ambassadors and other influential community partners, while also delivering an exceptional guest experience in the store. The Community Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing the store's presence as a community hub and ensuring a seamless connection between guests and the brand.

Responsibilities
? Collaborate with store leadership to implement the community strategy and enhance guest experience.

? Establish and manage relationships with local key partners to increase guest acquisition and retention.

? Engage with the local community to identify potential Ambassadors and enhance the store's community standing.

? Connect with guests on the floor to assess their needs and provide product education.

? Attend, support, and host local and regional community events.

? Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
,
? Review community-related business data to provide insights and recommendations to store leadership.
,
? Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.

Requirements
? 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.

? Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
,
? Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves
? High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above.

? Experience in building or maintaining relationships with clients or partners.

? Experience in motivating team members to achieve goals.
