At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for an experienced, organized and customer-focused Client Service Manager to join our team. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for providing strategic direction and support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of client service operations, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.To be successful in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a client service or business development role, and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Experience working with enterprise-level clients is highly desired, as is a strong understanding of customer service best practices.
