Answer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner and assist patients with their healthcare needs.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and understanding.
Utilize knowledge of Piedmont Healthcare's services and operations to accurately and efficiently assist callers.
Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients.
Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent handling of patient calls.
Keep up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and current information to patients.
Collaborate with other departments within Piedmont Healthcare to effectively resolve patient issues and concerns.
Document all patient interactions accurately and thoroughly in the designated system.
Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Continuously seek ways to improve the patient experience and suggest process improvements to management.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
Attend training and development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Demonstrate a commitment to Piedmont Healthcare's mission and values in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient call center operation.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor or Manager.
