Accounts Payable Specialist
Posted 2025-04-24Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in financial operations.
What You?ll Do
? Process high volumes of invoices daily and match them with the appropriate purchase orders.
? Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless communication and resolve discrepancies.
? Analyze invoices for accuracy and payment eligibility, contributing to our efficient financial processes.
What We?re Looking For
? Proven expertise: 3+ years of experience processing over 75 invoices a day, performing 3-way matches, and maintaining vendor accounts.
? Excel skills: Ability to work within spreadsheets and create simple formulas.
? ERP knowledge: Proficiency with large-scale ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Workday, NetSuite, Infor, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Bonus Skills (Nice To Have)
? Proficiency in pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
? Experience with SAP systems.
? Skills in reconciliations.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
