Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Account Director to join our Surgical Vision team. In this role, you will drive strategic growth and strengthen relationships with corporate partners across the healthcare landscape. You will be at the forefront of developing, executing, and expanding key partnerships, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
? Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement corporate account strategies to drive long-term business growth across key customers. Maintain strong relationships with top-tier healthcare systems, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), and large hospital networks. Take responsibility for the development and execution of channel segmentation strategies, ensuring the right approach and tailored solutions for each channel to maximize growth and customer satisfaction. Analyze and segment the market effectively to identify high-value channels and optimize resource allocation across different customer segments.
? Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales process for large corporate accounts, from prospecting and negotiation to closing and post-sale support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
? Market Development: Identify and prioritize business development opportunities to expand Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision's footprint in the corporate sector. Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to position our products effectively.
? Collaboration & Influence: Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, R&D) to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to account management. Use market insights to influence product strategy and align offerings with customer needs.
? Financial Management: Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Own the P&L for assigned accounts and manage budgets to optimize resource allocation and profitability.
? Customer Experience: Champion exceptional customer service and deliver a high level of satisfaction across all corporate accounts. Ensure alignment with the company's commitment to quality, innovation, and patient-centered care.
Qualifications
Required:
? Education: Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
? Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in ophthalmology or market relevant. Minimum 7+ years of experience in strategic account management or corporate sales in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries. Proven success in managing large corporate accounts and driving substantial revenue growth.
? Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the ophthalmic and surgical vision space, including cataract and refractive surgery technologies. Familiarity with healthcare system structures, GPOs, and key decision-makers in the medical field.
? Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across various internal teams and customer stakeholders.
? Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically while driving results.
? Travel: Willingness to travel as required (up to 50% of the time). A valid driver's license issued in the United States.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000 to $251,850.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
