Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Manager, Field and Project Operations, US Portfolio Transformation MTST based in Raritan, NJ (preferred location) or Cincinnati, OH. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.
This position is a Limited Duration Assignment that is anticipated to last approximately 2 yrs; Eligibility for severance.

The Manager, Field and Project Operations- US Portfolio Transformation, will coordinate and deliver strategic field-based resources, analytics, and data driven insights to support the Medtech Surgery transformation. Will partner and collaborate closely with the FSO, KAM, Contracting, Customer Insights and Marketing teams. Key responsibilities include:
? Defines metrics and reporting strategy linked to transformation execution inclusive of financial metrics, conversion progress, performance vs plan, and other key milestones to commercial leadership including Director, US Portfolio Transformation.
? Delivers National, Area, Regional, and Account level analytics and insights related to transformation activities.
? KPI measurement for all related transformation initiatives.
? Leads a team of analysts supporting commercial planning and effectiveness including but not limited to pull through assessments and conversion progress.
? Drives shared accountability for metrics and analytic approach to performance monitoring.
? Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to drive Surgery transformation forward in a timely manner. Works through the matrix and leads via influence.
? Establish and maintain internal relationships with leadership teams across functions and partners- FSO, KAM, Bus, Marketing, Finance, Pricing, and contract strategy.
? Project manage timelines, implementation of metric monitoring and analysis, and execution of innovative initiatives aligned to the HIT Next needs of the commercial organization.
? Provide ongoing support and creativity for FSO and KAM communications.
? Support system/ customer level strategic insights and ongoing performance measurement related to Portfolio Transformation efforts. Identifies opportunities and gaps in plan vs performance.
? Ensures data analytics are integrated at all levels (National, GPO, IDN, Area, Region, Territory, Account) to monitor and ultimately improve execution, speed to next action, and accountability across the organization.
Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree required ? 8+ years professional experience across Commercial roles or Healthcare preferred ? Experience in Medical Devices/Technology required ? Experience partnering with and leading a cross functional team and organizational build out ? Project management experience in a cross functional environment strongly preferred ? People leadership experience preferred ? Deep knowledge of MedTech Industry and US Hospital Systems ? Deep knowledge of US Surgery Business and Commercial Organization ? Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple partners across matrix organization including cross functional stakeholders including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, KAM, Supply Chain, Finance. ? Understanding of data analysis, US sales/ contracting landscape to build out meaningful and actionable reporting and metrics. ? Understanding of planning, execution, and measurement of sales and contracting processes. ? Creative thinking to develop effective strategies and translate into actionable insights to monitor and drive commercial effectiveness. ? Ability to establish a strategy, a complex project plan and then execute proactively, be it independently or within a team ? Exceptional interpersonal, professionalism, communication and presentation skills ? Technical Skills including Tableau, MS Office, SAS, Power BI and other data tool sets is desirable

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
