About Us: Paw Oasis Pet Resort is a luxury boarding and doggy daycare center which is a new location in The Colony. Our new Castle Hills location opening in August of 2021 is a new beautiful location with dog turf, new luxury boarding accommodations, and a fancy bone shaped pool for the dogs. If you love animals and are willing to work hard and commit to providing excellent customer service to our guests and their owners, this might be the job for you!

Schedule & Hours: The position hours are from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday and some Saturdays. Ideal candidate has open availability when needed. Weekly schedule may change on business needs. Must be available the day before and after major holidays and summers as this is our peak season.

Compensation: $18-$22 hr based on experience plus team tips!

Job Description:

The Marketing Brand Ambassador must be willing to represent Paw Oasis is such a way to increase brand awareness and overall increase company sales. They use promotional strategies to strengthen customer relationships and influence trust in our services and brand. Must have excellent social media and writing skills to create effective content that accurately communicates information about our multiple service departments and promotes the brand online. You must also act as a spokesperson for the company at trade shows or other events. You must portray a positive image of yourself, the brand, and the company at all times.

The Brand Ambassador is responsible to execute strategic sales and marketing iniatitives, manage social media accounts and website, create and implement new business revenue generation, track business sales goals, business to business marketing, event coordination and marketing, manage a marketing budget, develop and follow through with new customer lead generation, support day-to-day client satisfaction of new and existing customers, foster customer retention, provide front desk sales and phone support, advance brand building and support overall strategic business objectives. Must work in tandem with all department managers and business owner to achieve and execute business goals and objectives.

An education with a marketing degree is helpful but not required, however must have a strong social media presence with a solid understanding of multiple social media platforms. You should also have proficient experience with social media scheduling tools and developing highly targeted online campaigns and content. Experience as a promoter, influencer or similar role is helpful.

Job Responsibilities: ? Social media management with daily posts ? Daily video creation & editing ? Creating an activity calendar for weekly and monthly events ? Develop, schedule and lead networking/community events and in-house marketing events ? Strategically create and manage social marketing posts and campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc) to generate new customer leads ? Website management ? Create Digital & Print Marketing Content ? Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including developing new streams of revenue /services ? Brand building and management ? Create written reports for clients about their pets to include photos and dialouge ? Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls. ? Greets customers enthusiastically with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the resort. ? Demonstrated success in growing and achieving business sales goals ? Guerrilla Marketing ? Leads by example while maintaining proper dress code and attitude when talking to customers, and other employees. ? Accurately follows daily checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities. ? Maintains exceptional cleanliness and organization of office spaces. ? Delivers timely follow up and follow through activities with all current and prospective customers. ? Responds to customer requests, inquiries and concerns with a high sense of urgency.

Soft Skills:
? Previous management or supervisory experience a plus.
? Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone.
? Must be solution-based and results oriented with a competitive spirit.
? Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
? Solid writing and grammar skills.
? Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
? Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat and organized.
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
? Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
? Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
? Proficiency with computers and POS software.
? Assists in leading, coaching, and developing team members while fostering an environment of accountability, mutual respect and collaboration.
? Provides and maintains the highest level of customer service.
? Demonstrates a friendly, positive attitude and passion for Bliss Pet Resort.
? Models and supports Paw Oasis core values and culture.
? College Degree Preferred.
? Other duties as assigned.

Past Experience Required :
? 5+ years of marketing ( in a service, hospitality or relevant industry)
? 5 years of face to face customer service
? 3+ years of digital marketing
? 10 years of reception or administrative work experience
? An affinity and passion for dogs and cats
