The Boeing Company is looking for an Executive Director, PM KC-46 Product Services. This Executive Director, PM KC 46 Product Services is set to join the team located in either Tukwila, WA, Oklahoma City, OK or Berkley, MO.
Position Responsibilities: ? Single point responsibility/accountability to customer counterparts and internal leadership for overall planning, contracting & execution of KC-46 Support & Training Services; P&L leader accountable to business results. ? Lead direct line PMs & cross-functional teams across all BUs in ensuring executability of new business proposals while driving reliable outcomes on existing contracted scope. ? Responsible for building strong partnership of trust and collaboration within "One Boeing" Team and with our customers. ? Demonstrate mastery of programmatic and technical requirements/principles needed to execute across all elements of post-production services inclusive of current and future retrofit of fielded aircraft. ? Champion PMBP and ESGP; employ performance metrics to manage program technical, cost, and schedule baselines. ? Collaborate and integrate across BGS, BDS, and BCA; minimize impact of organizational boundaries on product and service delivery. ? Develop and implement strategies posturing Boeing as an enduring, preferred partner of USAF and global allies for KC-46 operations and maintenance achieving year over year growth.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
? 5+ years of experience managing complex programs
? Experience building positive relationships and effectively engaging customers
? Experience with critical business and financial acumen including risk, issue, and opportunity management to drive performance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
? Currently holds a Secret Security Clearance
? Strong communication skills with ability to effectively engage up/down/across the organization
? Experience providing proactive leadership in a dynamic/ambiguous environment to drive results needed for stakeholders; quickly able to make sense of complex issues and resolve effectively
? Experience with DoD contacting - proposal development, negotiations and execution
? Experience executing within a Military Commercial Derivate Aircraft environment
? Experience across all phases of the product life cycle with emphasis on fielding, sustainment & training.
? Experience working USAF sustainment & training
