As a Sales Leader I within PNC's retail organization, you will be based out of Montgomery, TX. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the daily activities of team members engaged in customer and/or prospect management activities. Your primary focus will be to achieve business results, attract new customers, and grow existing customer relationships by coaching and managing to defined strategies and tactics. You will develop and oversee the execution of account and sales plans, and may have direct sales and client responsibilities. You will manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients, actively identifying and mitigating different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks. Building an effective network of senior internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, will be crucial to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients while enhancing the client experience. You will focus on bringing the full range of PNC's products and services to the client, leveraging reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities. As a Sales Leader, you will also be responsible for developing team members while monitoring their progress against individual goals. You will motivate and develop staff, including acquiring top talent and managing performance-based issues. Effective planning, organizing, directing, analyzing, and evaluating staff and processes will be key to your success. You will connect strategy to day-to-day activities and keep the team updated regularly. Coaching team members on skills needed to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk will be part of your responsibilities, utilizing advanced knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies. Requirements
? University/college degree required; higher level education such as a Master's degree or PhD is desirable.

? Industry experience typically requires 8+ years.

? At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.

? In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
