As a Technology Risk Group Manager Senior within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in one of PNC's Technology and Innovation Hubs - Pittsburgh, PA / Cleveland, OH / Dallas, TX / Birmingham, AL / Phoenix, AZ. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. As PNC expands and enhances its technology, our commitment to ensure our customers transactions are secure and the bank is mitigating risk, we are adding leadership talent to address these initiatives. This is a First Line of Defense leadership role within our technology organization, interacting across all lines of defense and other internal partners. To be a strong consideration for this opportunity, you will need depth of technology risk management including governance and controls within a large bank or management consulting firm, subject matter expertise in banking regulations across multiple regulator entities (i.e. NIST, FFIEC), strong relationships with regulators and an understanding of regulator requests, experience implementing a risk framework to identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and reporting technology risk, success executing change and solutions, a strong technical acumen with a working understanding of cloud, information security, networks, application development, infrastructure, and data centers/data privacy, experience conducting risk assessments, control quality, identify gaps and monitor response and performance control, issue management, strong critical thinking, exposure working with regulators, and comfort in leading complex discussions across technology and business with subject matter experts to push through clear and documented solutions.

Responsibilities
? Governs the risk management program for a line of business through developing risk management strategies and overseeing program execution.

? Supervises the development of a comprehensive Risk Management Framework to define control expectations in a consistent and transparent management approach.

? Champions the risk management programs and is accountable for setting strategic direction and stability for relevant business function.
,
? Oversees execution of the risk management program within and/or across the lines of business to ensure bank is meeting federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory requirements.

? Increases the stability and predictability of operations and processes within a manageable risk appetite.
,
? Leads risk identification and assessment in working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit).
,
? Oversees and executes changes in internal and external factors and identifies emerging risks.
,
? Responsible for the development and execution of policy and procedure and provides complex technical subject matter findings, recommendations and results and trends to the organization, executive management and appropriate management committees.

Requirements
? Depth of technology risk management including governance and controls within a large bank or management consulting firm.

? Subject matter expertise in banking regulations across multiple regulator entities (i.e. NIST, FFIEC).

? Strong relationships with regulators and an understanding of regulator requests.

? Experience implementing a risk framework to identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and reporting technology risk.
