Title: PEGA Business AnalystLocation: Dallas, TXResponsibilities: Gather requirements and choose the best way to implement requirements using the Pegasystem software and DCO capabilities practical knowledge of Pega express methodology.Use stories to help and ensure that the requirements management and facilitation of standard methodologies are adhered to including management of artifacts through traceability version control and change control.Help to document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needsWork with business partners to effectively communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver user interface requirements like Graphical User Interfaces, Screen and Interface, and mock ups Understand business process and business requirements of the customers and translating them to requirements artifacts such as BRD Functional specFacilitate daily Scrum. provide Sprint Review demos to the Product Owners using Agile framework Design.Understand interface integration technologies and a good understanding of customers needs to translate into requirements. Configure rules and flows and assist with the draft user interface and draft process flow development. Function as an Information Technology Business Analyst by understanding business requirements and redefining those requirements into data mapping specs.Required Skills:6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst and at least 2 years with PegaExperience in creating and managing Epics Features, User stories and prioritize the user stories Ability to define requirements organize workshops with business and engage clients to capture business requirements.Ability to create atomic use case specifications in JIRA, Rally Tool, and application framework by using Pega application Wizard. Experience in defining the user stories plan and implement sprint activities. Exposure to working on implementing Pega solutions in Banking and Insurance domain will be an added advantage. End to end project experience Pega Certified Business Architect is a must.Pega Certified Decision Consultant will be a plus. Experience in implementing solutions using Pega CDH Customer Decision Hub is a plus.
