Product Marketing

The Product Marketing role is responsible for product messaging, positioning and execution of marketing strategic campaigns and initiatives in partnership with Marketing and Distribution colleagues aimed at acquiring, developing, and retaining clients. By utilizing traditional as well as dynamic methods, such as client segmentation, marketing automation, digital and social methods, this job aims to execute multi-faceted campaign deliverables that deliver high-quality leads to the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
? Devises, manages, and implements overall product marketing strategy turning ideas into reality.
? Manage seamless product launches executing Go-To-Market plans, , including developing campaigns and executing deliverables
? Develops product positioning and messaging crafting meaningful content based on audience needs
? Builds and manages content and collateral systems inclusive of the digital channel.
? Partners and manages strong relationships with Product, Distribution, Marketing COEs, Law & Compliance and Sales Enablement to activate.
? Contributes to journey mapping for respective audiences ? including identifying gaps, pain points, positive experiences, and identifying opportunities for future state needs.
? Manages and helps develop engagement and other measurements and KPIs based on overall business goals.

Required Qualifications: ? 3+ years of experience in Marketing within Financial Services

Preferred Qualifications: ? 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Financial Services ? Knowing how to best communicate complicated category in a simplistic way ? Strong communication skills (oral and written) ? Understand the competitive market ? Experience in Customer experience strategy ? Ability to manage high volume of marketing assets, including web properties and educational library

Base Pay Range: $78,800/yr. - $131,300/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
