About the position

As a Branch Manager at PNC, you will play a pivotal role in leading all aspects of branch performance. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue and enhance customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients, providing solutions that help them achieve their financial well-being. You will create a differentiated customer experience, ensuring that banking is made easy in an omni-channel environment. Collaboration with a broad range of ecosystem partners will be essential to your success. You will also be accountable for risk management and compliance, ensuring that all operations adhere to regulatory guidelines and established policies. In this role, you will build a high-performing team by attracting, onboarding, coaching, and developing branch team members. Utilizing a branded sales process, you will work towards achieving sales targets and fostering customer loyalty. Your efforts will focus on growing branch revenue through the acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of both consumer and business households, alongside collaboration with ecosystem partners. You will drive business banking results primarily through business development and community involvement activities, coaching your team to engage in consultative selling that promotes customer financial well-being. You will manage and coach your team to deliver a differentiated client experience, ensuring they confidently engage with customers through technology-enabled interactions. Your leadership will facilitate effective problem resolution, making banking easy for customers and connecting all of PNC to deliver a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving the employee experience by acquiring and retaining talent through effective onboarding, coaching, and development. Talent development will be a priority for all branch team members, and you will ensure that employees meet performance and activity expectations through ongoing performance management. As a role model of PNC values, you will cultivate and support an inclusive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will also include managing operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks. You will exercise leadership and sound decision-making to mitigate sales practice risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Requirements
? 3+ years of related experience in banking or a similar field.
