Clinical Client Operations - Senior Analyst

Job DescriptionAnalyzing clients' specialty drug level pricing, network and benefit requirements to determine intent for the specialty benefit. Configuring data into RxClaim to implement and maintain specialty benefits (i.e. pricing, claim maximums, grace fills). Conducting claim's research and query analysis. Creating standard and complex edits (i.e. Price schedules, drug lists) within the specialty benefit. Conducting Peer Review of standard and complex edits. Utilizing EZ Query, EZ Test, Excel and Access Tools to validate accuracy in data analysis and claims adjudication. Leveraging macros and manual updates within RxClaim. Mentoring Specialty Analysts. Supporting Specialty automation projects and participating in User Acceptance Validation for RxClaim, SalesForce and Analysis Tools. Monitoring and tracking time and case activity in SalesForce. Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: 43,700 Maximum: 100,000 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
