Hours/Week: 40, Monday ? Friday

Purpose:

Oversee and support branch employees, branch operations and compliance, customer service and growth while maintaining profitability. Serve our current customer base while striving to develop new business in your market.

Duties/Responsibilities: ? Effectively open new accounts, maintain existing accounts and respond to daily customer requests. ? Accurately work in a teller drawer, adhering to teller policy and procedures. ? Ensure all policies and procedures of the bank are implemented by branch personnel. ? Oversee customer service at the branch to ensure maximum customer retention and long customer relationships. ? Establish and maintain relationships with individual customers or business customers. ? Oversee the flow of cash, cash security, teller outages and policies and procedures of the teller function. ? Manage and oversee branch security and building maintenance. ? Manage and oversee employees and the daily work at the branch to ensure quality work is produced. ? Manage and oversee the profit and loss for the branch, including monitoring expenses, fees and waived fees. ? Approve employee timecards and monitor overtime. ? Create weekly/monthly schedule and manage requests for time off. ? Review and decision the branch's NSF list and monitor charge offs. ? Review, monitor and clear DDA exceptions and keep them to a minimum. ? Perform required teller, vault and security audits. ? Conduct regular employee meetings and trainings. ? Lead, coach, motivate and provide feedback to employees on a regular basis and perform an annual performance evaluation. ? Maintain professionalism in the workplace, in the community and protect the reputation of your bank/branch. ? Assist in the training of all personnel on the products, services, policies and procedures. ? Organize, plan and direct daily activities of the branch. ? Recruit, interview, hire and terminate employees as needed. ? Communicate between branches and upper management team. ? Calling on or seek referrals for customer prospects to help drive branch growth. ? Provide branch/market influence on marketing initiatives. ? Market and seek cross selling opportunities to existing customers. ? Monitor and support branch growth objectives.

? Ability to solve problems quickly with existing resources and experience.
? Thorough knowledge of banking products & services and capable of cross selling all bank products.

Years of Experience: Minimum 5 Years Banking Experience

Additional Requirements:

Ability to lead personnel and assist when needed.

Strong knowledge of bank products and the ability to assist customers with questions.

Knowledge of bank operating systems and basic banking operations.
