Job Description
? This position is responsible for the retrieval and control of Raw Material for the daily line functions in manufacturing.
? Daily cleaning of kitting areas including removal of cardboard and trash.
? And any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
? Pull raw material from the warehouse for manufacturing.
? Empty large trash and cardboard bins.
? Sweep floors to maintain proper housekeeping requirement.
? Pull pallets to lines from staging area.
? Attends training sessions as directed.
? Helps train production operators as directed.

? Ability to operate a manual pallet jack to move inventory throughout the kitting processes.

Education And/or Experience
? High school education or equivalent preferred.
? One or more years of warehouse and manufacturing experience preferred.

Language Skills
? Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
? Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to supervisor, management, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills
? Ability to complete basic math calculations. Convert English units of measure to metric.

Reasoning Ability
? Ability to apply common sense when carrying out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
? Ability to be a self-starter with the initiative to perform job responsibilities without direct supervision.
? Accuracy, completeness, and attention to detail are essential.

Physical Demands
? The employee is often required to stand and reach with hands, arms, and lifts and/or moves up to 30 pounds.
? Employee is required to meet with other personnel in other areas of the building.
? Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
? Employee is required to operate all types of material handling equipment.

Work Environment
? A person in this job will occasionally be exposed to moderate to occasionally loud noise and will work near moving equipment.
? This is a manufacturing warehouse environment.
