Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. The Cleaner will play a crucial role in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and guests.

Duties
? Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
? Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance.
? Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
? Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
? Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing concerns promptly.
? Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed to support overall operations.
? Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other facilities.
? Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning processes.

Qualifications
? Previous experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
? Familiarity with custodial practices and housekeeping management is a plus.
? Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
? Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
? Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
? Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials is beneficial.
? A willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning and sanitation practices.
