Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves planning and implementing engaging educational activities that cater to the diverse needs of preschool-aged children.

Responsibilities
? Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
? Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
? Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
? Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
? Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the overall development of each child.
? Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.
? Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
? Provide support for children with special needs or disabilities, adapting activities as necessary.

Skills
? Strong background in early childhood education with experience in preschool settings.
? Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in education.
? Experience in babysitting, childcare, or nannying is highly desirable.
? Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, special education, or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and parents.
? Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
? Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
? Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
