Financial Manager/Director

Summary: Seeking a Finance Manager/Director to lead financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning in the automation industry.

Requirements: ? 5 to 8 years of experience as a Finance Manager/CFO in project-based companies. ? Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline. ? Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management, SAP or other ERP systems. ? Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.

Preferred Skills:
? Proficiency with accounting software.
? Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities: ? Lead and manage finance team covering treasury, planning, analysis, audit, tax, and risk management functions. ? Implement accounting policies to support business growth and scalability. ? Ensure accurate project financial reporting and revenue recognition. ? Monitor company KPIs including orders, revenues, invoices, margin of projects. ? Drive continuous improvement in company operations and profitability initiatives. ? Manage tax compliance for various states and federal taxes.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
