Job Details

To be considered for the Permanent Estate Planning Paralegal role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in the area of estate planning.
2. A comprehensive understanding of estate planning, wills, trusts, ancillary documents, probates, trust administrations, and conservatorships.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
5. Strong research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze information effectively.
6. Proficiency in using legal software and other standard office software, such as Microsoft Office.
7. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
