This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to accurately navigate customer accounts in multiple computer systems. Responsibilities: ? Provide outstanding customer service to clients over the phone ? Accurately navigate customer accounts in multiple computer systems ? Handle a high volume of phone calls and inquiries in a professional, patient, and understanding manner ? Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner ? Utilize excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers ? Remain up to date with product knowledge and industry trends ? Demonstrate an empathy and understanding of customer needs ? Ensure customer satisfaction by going the extra mile with customer service
