Role Overview

This position requires a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team, providing top-notch care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. If you're passionate about delivering empathetic and compassionate care, we encourage you to apply. Main Responsibilities: ? Provide individualized patient care in a fast-paced environment. ? Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams. ? Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:
? A current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice.
? CPR certification.
? IV certification if required by state regulations.
? A high school diploma or equivalent.
? Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body as per CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
? BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
? At least one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
