As a Technical Recruiter, Cyber Security at Tesla, you will be part of a dynamic team recruiting innovative professionals to join our rapidly growing cyber security organization. You'll attract, identify and assess top talent from around the world. We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional with a dedication to excellence in the area of cyber security.The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of cyber security principles, as well as the ability to assess and evaluate candidates, making sure they are the right fit for our organization. We are looking for a creative and organized individual with a passion for identifying, evaluating and developing top talent.The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or related field? 5+ years of experience in recruiting for technical roles, preferably in cyber security? Knowledge of current trends and techniques in the recruitment industry? Excellent verbal and written communication skills? Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders?
