Social Media Marketing Manager

Gimme & More is a dynamic and fast-paced company specializing in Retails We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an OPT holder seeking hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, and social media management.

Responsibilities: ? Develop and create engaging social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). ? Edit videos for promotional and branding purposes, ensuring high-quality output. ? Design marketing materials using Canva and other graphic design tools. ? Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to messages. ? Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies that align with business goals. ? Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. ? Experience with social media content creation and management. ? Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar). ? Strong skills in Canva or other design tools. ? Ability to adapt to a busy work environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. ? Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Previous marketing or content creation experience. ? Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies. ? OPT holder looking for full-time experience in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.28 - $27.94 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
