Key Responsibilities: ? Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including the dishwashing machine and hand wash stations. ? Wash and sanitize kitchen areas, tables, tools, utensils, and equipment. ? Receive and store deliveries, ensuring perishables are stored correctly and stock is rotated. ? Utilize the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes using detergent and sanitizing chemicals. ? Inspect and organize clean wares and manage soiled items for re-washing. ? Sort and wash silverware, and efficiently manage trash and recycling duties. ? Keep all assigned areas clean, including mopping and handling waste disposal.

Requirements: ? No formal education (high school diploma or G.E.D. is not required). ? No previous work experience is needed - we will train you! ? No supervisory experience is necessary. ? No specific licenses or certifications are required.
