PayPal is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Critical Incident Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for proactively identifying, documenting, and resolving incidents related to our mission-critical services.The ideal candidate is highly organized and has a proven track record of managing critical incidents within a fast-paced environment. They will possess outstanding problem-solving skills and be able to quickly and accurately identify potential risks and solutions. The successful candidate will also have strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders within the organization.If you are passionate about solving complex problems and enjoy working in a collaborative, high-performance environment, we would love to hear from you.Required Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or related field? At least 5 years of experience in a similar position? Ability to work independently and as part of a team? Excellent problem-solving skills? Expertise in incident management processes and tools? Knowledge of software development process, DevOps, and SRE principles? Proficiency in Linux and scripting languages? Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
