Your Responsibilities

? Process inbound and outbound freight to meet customer demand and maintain efficient supply chain management.
? Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent overstocking or understocking, ensuring optimal inventory turns and minimizing dead stock.
? Participate in recovery efforts to locate and retrieve missing merchandise, minimizing losses and maintaining high inventory accuracy.
? Collaborate with the team to optimize workflows and processes, driving efficiency and productivity improvements.

Requirements

? High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail or logistics preferred.
? Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
? Basic math skills and attention to detail, with ability to accurately count and record inventory levels.
? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and demands.
