Red Oak Health & Rehab is seeking an experienced RESTORATIVE AIDE to join our team!

? Must be a Certified in Texas CNA

Job Responsibilities:

Provides residents with routine restorative nursing care and services in accordance with the resident?s assessment, care plan and as directed by supervisors.

? Ensures resident?s needs are met while maintaining the highest degree of dignity.

? Documents care on Rehabilitation/Restorative flow sheet.

? Notifies restorative nurse coordinator or appropriate therapy department of any problems,

? referrals or reassessments needed.

? Reports significant change in resident?s condition or motivational level to the charge nurse.

Requirements:

? Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State of Texas

Knowledge / Experience:

? Completion of a restorative nurse aide training program preferred

? 6 months of experience in long-term care as a restorative aide preferred

Licensure / Certifications:

? CNA License
