We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our cleaning team. As a Cleaner at Bitter Creek Cleaning Co., you?ll play a key role in maintaining spotless, welcoming spaces for our residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities: ? Perform thorough cleaning of homes and businesses, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. ? Handle move-in/move-out cleanings as needed. ? Follow cleaning checklists and ensure all client expectations are met or exceeded. ? Maintain cleaning equipment and product Inventory. ? Communicate with clients and team members professionally and respectfully. ? Adhere to quality standards at all times.

Qualifications: ? Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required?we?re happy to train the right candidate! ? Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. ? Reliable transportation. ? Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (e.g., bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for extended periods). ? Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed. ? A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
