Responsibilities
? Providing end-user tech support via help desk channels (phone, email, Teams, or web chat).

? Troubleshooting technical issues.

? User account management including account creation, assigning permissions, and password resets.

? Escalating incidents that cannot be resolved to the next level of support.

? Identifying potential major incidents and problems, and highlighting them to management.

? Updating users on the status of their incident or service request.

? Providing proactive maintenance on client devices, ensuring security patches and corporate applications are up to date.
Requirements
? 2 years of help desk experience.
,
? 2 years of IT support experience.
,
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

? Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

? Self-motivated with good follow-up skills.

? Clean driver's license for at least 5 years.
