About the position

The Call Center Agent position at AnswerNet involves providing high-level customer service solutions remotely. Responsibilities
? Make consistent outbound calls specific to assigned programs or projects.

? Document all customer interactions using provided tools.

? Upsell products and services to customers.

? Set appointments in a business-to-customer format.

? Maintain a working knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions.

? Perform data capture and entry tasks.

Requirements
? At least one year of actual Call Center experience with an automatic dialer and call scripting.

? A clear, professional, and friendly voice.

? High-level people skills and active listening skills.

? Strong communication skills.

? Outstanding attendance and punctuality.

? High school diploma or GED.

? Basic computer skills and computer literacy.

? Experience in an outbound environment.
