As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various systems. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining data integrity and supporting our operations. Responsibilities
• Enter and update data in the company databases and systems efficiently and accurately.
• Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
• Assist in the preparation and sorting of documents for data entry.
• Respond to data inquiries and provide support to internal teams as required.
• Monitor and maintain data entry equipment and software to ensure smooth operations.
• Generate reports and summaries as needed for data analysis and decision-making.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
• Strong typing skills and familiarity with data entry software and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing assigned tasks.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
