Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CS) who will handle customer inquiries and provide professional support through phone, chat, and email.
This role involves processing orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds on our e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and other marketplaces.
An understanding of consumer electronics is preferred, as this role includes offering repair services and trade-in programs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
? Customer Support (Phone, Chat, Email)
? Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
? Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
? Maintain a professional and friendly tone across all communication channels.
? Order & Transaction Processing
? Manage orders, refunds, exchanges, and returns efficiently.
? Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and e-commerce platform guidelines.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
? Product & Service Assistance
? Provide guidance on product features and specifications.
? Offer repair services and trade-in options, helping customers understand their benefits.
? Upsell additional services where appropriate.
? Team Collaboration & System Utilization
? Use CRM and e-commerce management systems to track and resolve customer issues.
? Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
? Contribute to process improvements for a better customer experience.
Requirements
? Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or call center environment.
? Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry, CRM systems, and order management tools.
? Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
? Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex customer concerns independently and professionally.
? Attention to Detail: Accurate processing of transactions and records.
? Preferred: Knowledge of consumer electronics, repair services, or trade-in programs.
? Language Skills (Preferred): Fluency in Spanish, French, Italian, or German is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.20 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 ? 40 per week
