JOB SUMMARY: This role is responsible for the end to end recruiting process; gathering requirements, sourcing diverse candidates, recruiting, screening, interviewing, selecting, and closing of candidates. Working closely with hiring managers, stakeholders and candidates they will build relationships and trust while using logic and influence to navigate processes to the desired outcomes. As part of the Talent Acquisition organization they will effectively collaborate with the other members of HR to develop processes that enable management of resources, recruiting, and effective onboarding.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Collaborates with the Manager, Talent Acquisition and Talent Business Partners (TBP) to implement the TA function;s vision and strategy while aligning with broader HR and organization objectives ? Collaborates closely with Sales and Corporate Development verticals within MultiPlan and hiring managers to align and execute on a recruiting plan, provide progress updates and serve as the Talent Acquisition expert by sharing best practices and recommendations and data driven insights. ? Build relationships with Sales and Corporate Development Hiring Managers and TBP?s to understand current and future talent strategies and needs; educate, consult and transfer knowledge of recruiting processes, diversity recruitment, interviewing skills and regulatory requirements to hiring managers. ? Maintain solid industry awareness and market intelligence in terms of hiring trends, competive landscape, compensation trends and recruiting challenges in order to make recommendations for innovative solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness. ? Manages stakeholder expectations and influences hiring managers, candidates, and others involved in the talent acquisition process to fill positions with the appropriate balance of timeliness, cost, and quality. ? Manages the candidate experience to ensure an informative, respectful, and positive process regardless of the outcome. ? Works closely with HR Coordinator to schedule interviews and transition candidates from offer acceptance to pre-hire and onboarding. ? In partnership with hiring manager and leadership; recommend, extend and negotiate offers that are reasonable and competitive, taking into consideration internal equity, candidate request, candidate skillset and MultiPlan salary structure ? Contributes to and develops metrics, to assess outcomes using them to improve processes and results. Participates in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques and leveraging of internal sources of talent ? Manages the acquisition of contract and temporary resources. Builds relationships with relevant vendors to ensure timely acquisition of resources to meet organizational needs. ? Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments. ? Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. ? JOB SCOPE: This incumbent works independently and uses sound judgment and decision making skills. The incumbent understands how their own tasks and responsibilities are related to other departments and the company business. The incumbent is highly collaborative and partners with stakeholders across the organization.

Job Requirements:

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
? Minimum bachelors? degree in HR, Business, Finance or a related discipline along with seven (7) years? experience recruiting for a wide variety of roles, levels, and functions with at least 3 years focused in the healthcare technology sector
? .Success in building relationships, gaining credibility and influencing at all levels of the organization.
? Experience recruiting for enterprise sales (business development, account management, sales executives), payer/provder partnerships, and government sectors
? Deep understanding of healthcare technology trends, SaaS, AI in healthcare, interoperability and value -based care models.
? Expertise in compensation structuring for quota carrying sales roles, corporate development executives and leadership hires.
? Excel experience is a plus.
? Strong understanding of the various sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM platforms), strategies, and familiarity with and practical experience using, an ATS (Workday) and/or other HR/Recruiting Systems
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation and facilitation capabilities
? Strong organizational and process management skills; comfort managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing within a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment.
? Ability to handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information
? Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume work environment
? Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
? Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is ($100-110K). Specific offers take into account a candidate?s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate?s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
