The position involves ensuring exemplary conduct and adherence to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct at Standard Chartered Bank. The individual will take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across the organization. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the Group Code of Conduct. The role requires leading the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles, which include Fair Outcomes for Clients, Effective Financial Markets, Financial Crime Compliance, and The Right Environment. The individual will also effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters, serve as a Director of the Board, and exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Articles of Association.

? Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures.

? Manage the capabilities within Data Protection service portfolio.

? Contribute to various Encryption / Key Management initiatives within the Bank related to Data Protection requirements.

? Integrate Encryption / Key Management services with applications.
,
? Collaborate with business teams, infra teams, security operations and offer technical guidance.
,
? Document security infrastructure, implementation, operational manuals and develop configurations to meet new business requests.
Requirements
? Strong understanding of Tokenization, data masking, data dispersion techniques.
,
? Strong understanding of PCI DSS as applicable to Tokenization.
,
? Knowledge of Cryptography and data encryption.
,
? 3-5 years of progressive Data Protection experience.
,
? Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in Encryption and Key Management.
,
? Technical skills in Encryption, Key Management and Tokenization.
Nice-to-haves
? Candidates with Application Development skills preferred.
