Responsibilities: ? Provide expert advice on insurance products and services tailored to clients' needs. ? Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. ? Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. ? Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options. ? Assist clients with the application process, policy changes, and claims. ? Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and company offerings.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. ? Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous, but not required. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. ? Basic computer skills and proficiency with office software. ? Currently licensed in Property & Casualty
