This includes managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings. You will assist clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments, while ensuring compliance with all banking policies and regulations. Additionally, you will educate clients on utilizing technology self-service options, such as the Chase Mobile App and ATMs, to enhance their banking experience. Your contributions will significantly impact the success of the branch, as you will help clients open new accounts and perform various branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATMs. Your ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients by sharing product knowledge and solutions will be essential in introducing them to our licensed bankers and ensuring their financial needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
? Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and making them feel appreciated, including managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling/canceling client meetings.

? Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, reordering a debit card, setting up a direct deposit or helping update their address accurately and efficiently, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.

? Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to complete their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.

? Assists clients and the branch team by helping with new account openings when needed.

? Performs branch operations which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
? 6+ months of customer service experience

? High school diploma or GED equivalent
