Director of Product, Utilization Management

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the product vision and strategy for utilization management. Define product objectives and collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify product requirements. Drive product development and ensure products meet the highest quality standards. Utilize problem-solving and strategic thinking skills to develop innovative products. Monitor healthcare industry trends and regulations to ensure products comply. Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Provide leadership and guidance to product management and utilization management teams. Develop and implement strategies to exceed customer expectations. Monitor product performance and identify areas of improvement. Analyze customer feedback and adjust product features accordingly.
