Our agency has been serving the community for over 11 years, with two locations in Fountain and Colorado Springs, CO. With a background in Exercise Science, our agency owner is actively involved in the local sports community, coaching across multiple sports fields. Kreg Kell - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. ? Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. ? Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. ? Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. ? Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. ? Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: ? Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. ? Communication and interpersonal skills. ? Organizational and multitasking abilities. ? Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. ? Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
