Lead Marking Project Manager
Posted 2025-04-24As a Lead Marking Project Manager in our Agency Marketing organization, you?ll serve as process owner/project manager for programs, experiences, journeys and/or campaigns that will help to deliver on our larger B2B and B2B2C strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for writing clear and effective requirements, managing cross-functional teams, leading IT project builds and testing, working collaboratively on creative/marketing materials and managing a variety of high-profile projects from inception to completion. You'll work collaboratively with various groups and members of leadership, taking ownership of processes and projects to ensure successful, on-time delivery.

Must-have qualifications: ? High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 10 years of experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.) ? {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 7 years of experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
Preferred skills :
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
? Proficiency in Excel and experience with IT projects, including managing testing processes.
? Experience developing process improvements
? Demonstrated knowledge of marketing programs and creative project management
? Exceptional planning, prioritizing and organizational skills
Compensation:
? $87,200-$116,300
? Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 30% of your eligible earnings, based on company performance.
