About the position

As a part of the Dealer Credit Administration team, the Credit Associate - Retail Onboarding is responsible for initiating and completing system set-ups and due diligence for new indirect lending relationships. Working effectively and efficiently with team members and matrix partners, the Credit Associate - Retail Onboarding will provide a high level of customer service to new customers during the onboarding process and ensure an efficient process is followed.

Responsibilities
? Complete due diligence to ensure compliance with federal regulation and internal policy
,
? Create and edit dealer profiles in Ally systems
,
? Collaborate effectively with team members and matrix partners
,
? Review retail agreements for completion and accuracy
,
? Supervise and respond to incoming email requests received in group mailbox in a timely manner
,
? Provide customer service for automotive dealers

Requirements
? HS diploma or equivalent required
,
? Understanding of automotive dealership operations is a plus
,
? Presents strong written and oral communication skills
,
? Requires proficient use of all Microsoft Office programs
,
? Performs administrative, accounting and technically based supporting tasks
,
? 2 + years' experience in financial services or similar industry
,
? Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related emphasis may be considered in place of experience
