Responsibilities
? Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
? Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
? Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
? Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
? Assist customers with policy information, claims processing, and product offerings.
? Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
? Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and client satisfaction.
? Analyze customer feedback to improve service processes.

Qualifications
? Position Requires P&C License. Must be License.
? Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
? Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
? Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
? Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
? Familiarity with data entry processes and software applications is preferred.
? Sales experience is beneficial but not required.
? Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
