Responsibilities
? Provide high-level administrative support to the President and senior executives.

? Act as the first point of contact for the Office of the President.

? Manage the President's schedule and coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders.

? Maintain complex and highly confidential files and document management systems.

? Coordinate travel arrangements and manage reimbursement processes.

Requirements
? Completion of an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

? 7 - 9 years of job-related experience.

? Expertise in a wide array of desktop software products.

? Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

? Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and generate effective solutions.

? Proven record of exceptional business judgment, flexibility, and integrity.
