Responsibilities
? Handle day-to-day interactions with financial professionals and respond to service-related inquiries.

? Support service delivery for multiple products using various systems.

? Communicate with account holders, providers, plan participants, and field partners to answer questions and process transactions.

? Follow departmental processes to process transactions and provide information and solutions to customers.

? Maintain a broad understanding of financial services products, industry terms, and product-related statements.

Requirements
? Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

? Previous customer service experience required.

? Intermediate or above level proficiency with computer skills, Microsoft Office products, and typing required.

? FINRA Series 6 or 7 registration desired, but not required.
