Transmission Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Utility Transmission Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electric utility transmission project management and be located within a 2.5-hour radius of Pittsburgh, PA. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and drive tasks to completion.

Key Responsibilities: ? Ensure compliance with all safety procedures at the site and report issues. ? Drive project tasks to completion and take responsibility for all tasks. ? Host and attend project meetings to maintain project status and gather information. ? Participate in on-site field walkdowns and contribute to project goals. ? Provide input to improve processes and maximize team efficiency. ? Occasionally climb ladders and lift/move up to 50 pounds. ? Plan daily and strategic tasks, understanding priorities among multiple projects. ? Seek training to execute tasks effectively. ? Use multiple software systems as required.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor's Degree in a related field. ? 5-10 years of project management experience in electric utility transmission. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. ? Ability to perform financial planning and forecasting. ? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe. ? Competent in scheduling software (P6) and able to provide schedule updates. ? Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. ? Able to work well in a group setting and manage multiple tasks.

Additional Information:
? Primarily remote, with occasional onsite requirements.
